Job Title: Sales Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.*Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers*Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.

  *Gather new leads and prospects

  *Prepare quotations and negotiate to convert them into sales.

  *Will conduct product presentations and attend site meetings if needed.

  *Build and maintain good rapport with clients.

  *Will prepare a monthly sales report to be submitted last working day of the month.

  *Sample requests and schedules of application to be coordinated with the manager or any point person.

  *Willing to be assigned in the Ortigas area

Qualifications:

• Education: College Graduate
• Experience: Must have a background in Sales Industry, especially in Construction Materials
